You have been using AI the wrong way

How AI can change the way you work tomorrow

I know I know, you have been bombarded with “5 ways to use ChatGPT to transform your business” and that’s not even an exaggeration.

I do want to touch on this subject still as I think not a lot of people are using ChatGPT, Google’s bard or other AI tools to their fullest extent.

As an agency that has to do a lot of market research ChatGPT has been a game changer in doing monotonous tasks like reading reviews, collecting data from these reviews and allowing us to target customers better using that data.

ChatGPT can read, comprehend, and analyze massive amounts of text data quickly and accurately. Here's how you can leverage it to make sense of your review data:

1. Sentiment Analysis: Use ChatGPT to perform sentiment analysis on your reviews. It can accurately distinguish between positive, neutral, and negative sentiments, helping you understand customers' feelings towards your products.

2. Identify Key Themes: ChatGPT can sift through thousands of reviews and pinpoint recurring themes or patterns. It could be about the quality of your product, shipping time, customer service, or any other aspect. Understanding these themes can give you insights into what matters most to your customers.

3. Competitor Analysis: You can use ChatGPT to analyze reviews on your competitors' sites. This way, you can understand their strengths and weaknesses and adjust your strategies accordingly.

4. Personalized Ad Campaigns: Use the insights derived from reviews to tailor your ads. If customers praise a particular feature, emphasize it in your ads. If there's a common complaint, address how you've improved upon it in your ad messaging.

How to Implement This

Gather Reviews: Start by collecting reviews from various sources. Use web scraping tools or APIs, where available, to pull these reviews into a centralized location.

Import Reviews into ChatGPT: Use a ChatGPT-compatible application to import these reviews. Depending on your programming knowledge, you could build a custom solution or employ off-the-shelf applications that interface with ChatGPT (make sure to not put too many reviews into ChatGPT. I would limit yourself to 50-75 reviews at max otherwise our dear friend will crash.)

Bonus tip: Notion AI has been great for us too. It does allow you to do more volume in terms of text compared to ChatGPT, however, I found that the quality of the answers from ChatGPT was a lot better compared to Notion’s AI feature.

Analyze Reviews: Use ChatGPT to perform sentiment analysis, identify key themes, and analyze competitors.

Insights to Action: Based on the analysis, tailor your advertising campaigns to resonate better with your target audience.
