Get ready, 💩 is about to get wild

Get ready for BFCM and start producing your ads

Hey there!

If you are not prepping your BFCM assets then what are you even doing? We’re a good 3-4 weeks out and you need to be getting your assets ready to make sure everything is approved by your team or your client.

This week I want to give you guys some inspiration and show you 3 ads that are proven winners for these brands.

With BFCM ads it’s all about getting the eyeballs on your ads and calling the audience out as they are seeing discounts ALL OVER their newsfeed.

Simple, big text and showing the offer. Sometimes this is all it takes to convert someone who has been on the fence of buying your brand for some weeks or even months now.

Obvi does it right by introducing a new flavor on Black Friday to make the event even more special. They also show the free gifts people get by spending more. A great way of showing how the customer can get more value. This is great as it will increase your AOV as the customer goes to your site expecting to get a lot of free stuff.

Additionally, the visuals are great, with branded colours and a big headline calling out the sale.

This is definitely a creative I would recommend for everyone which works great for slightly warmer audiences but could work well for cold too with a bit of explaining what the product does in ad copy + landing page copy.

This ad from Cuts is great. It shows the product really well with 2 different shots, a full shot and a detailed shot.

It’s simple, but with BFCM you don’t want to reinvent the wheel. Leverage your best-performing images and give them that BFCM overhaul as you know they work.

This is something we always do for BFCM which allows us to instantly get results as these images are proven. I’d suggest you go into your ad account, check which ads performed well over the last year and use those visuals in your BFCM ads.

Now this is a lead generation ad. Something we do for a lot of clients. It’s a great way of creating hype, raising awareness of your sales and increasing the actual amount of sales.

I like this model as it allows people to feel special, you’re going to give all your customers VIP access + the ones you generate from the lead gen. This is something we have been doing for 3 years now and has always been a massive success.

This ad is simple, shows people can get pre-access to the Black Week sale and follows to either a signup page or a native Facebook lead gen form. The latter is great as it integrates directly into Klaviyo if you set it up right.

Lil bonus tip: some of our clients have an app, so this year we’re going to drive people to install the app with our lead gen campaigns. It’s a great way of offering something extra an exclusive to our VIP list and allowing us to get more app installs for future LTV of these customers.

If you have an app, definitely try this.
